Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We will ship in-stock items on the next business day after your order is received, according to the shipping method you choose. If an item you order is currently out-of-stock, we will notify you by email, including a projected ship date. If you so choose, you will be able to cancel your order upon receipt of that notice.

 Returns:
New, unopened and unread items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original order, however pre-approval is required. Items should be returned in their original packaging. For pre-approval and return instructions, please contact store@tibethouse.org or call 212-807-0563.
