NYC Programs

Wheel of Dharma
Evening lectures, weekend workshops, and conferences have allowed Tibet House US to provide the public with direct access to leading scholars and exemplars of various Buddhist traditions. Through these programs we are able to share Tibet’s systems of spiritual philosophy and mind sciences, and its arts of human development.

In addition to our educational programs, we offer meditation classes given by instructors from diverse Buddhist traditions. Sessions begin with a brief explanation of the technique followed by sitting meditation and a brief question and answer period.
