Jan. 11th: The glory and beauty of the spirit of enlightenment of love and compassion, (Bodhichitta) Shantideva’s Way of the Bodhisattva (Shambhala edition trans. Pdmakara group) chs. 1-2 and Vimilakirti Sutra.

 

Jan. 18th: The activities of the bodhisattva, first three, the main altruistic ones: generosity, justice, and patience.  Shantideva, chs. 3-6 and Infinite Life (R. Thurman).
