About the Event
Public Talk: Insight into the Nature of Reality
How can we translate the profound teachings of the Buddha into the complexity of our lives in this culture today? How do practices such as meditation help to cultivate a more compassionate, altruistic attitude leading to transformation in our personal relationships and in our communities? In this public talk, Ven. Amy will introduce to the Tibetan Buddhist Mahayana perspective on reality and the nature of our minds.
