Tulku Lobsang is a renowned Buddhist Lama and tulku – recognized as the 8th incarnation of the Nyentse Lama. He was traditionally trained in the monasteries of Tibet in the healing methods and spiritual practices of Tibetan Medicine and Tantrayana. He travels the world year round, teaching powerful methods for developing vibrant physical health, a calm, focused mind and open heart.
For the first time ever in NY, Tulku Lobsang shares his deep wisdom of the Tantrayana breathwork and body movement practices. Participants will receive clear, effective methods for developing inner strength and releasing the blocks that are obstacles in our physical and psychological health.
This retreat will be a guided healing process, reconnecting you to your source of energy and joy. There will be active practice, which will be physically awakening, silent practice and stillness, to enter the depths of our beings, and deep heart contact, for opening to our innate wisdom.
Lu Jong and Tsa Lung are ancient yogic practices for training the subtle body channels. By removing blockages and mobilizing stagnant energy, we can reach a new level of strength and clarity in both body and mind. Benefits of these practices include: increased resistance to disease, improved stamina, brighter moods with a lessening of negative emotions, focused mind, increased energy and spiritual development.
This retreat is a special opportunity to receive ancient Tibetan yogic practices directly from a lineage holder. Tulku Lobsang charismatic teaching style, warmth, and wisdom make him a powerful transmitter of Buddhist culture.
