This weekend workshop introduces ways to work with and harmonize the energies of body and mind. Gabriel Stux, a physician and wellknown acupuncturist and long time practitioner of Chinese and Energy Medicine, will teach Organ Flow Meditation and Chakra Meditation. Both are essential modalities of energy meditations, which he has developed and worked with for more than 20 years. Organ Flow Meditation follows the principles of the nourishing Mother-Child cycle of the Five Elements and strengthens the five inner organs, which are the sources of the life force in our body. Chakra Flow Meditation is a guided meditation, which opens the chakra spaces and furthers the flow of life energy through them. Engaging in these secular methods of meditation can help you to remove blockages on the physical, energetic and mental level. Gabriel will introduce the theory and guide you to effectively use both practices and benefit from them in your daily life.

Gabriel Stux has taught Chinese medicine and acupuncture for more than 30 years and—more recently—energy medicine, worldwide. The author of more than 100 articles and 12 books, he is the founder/Director of the German Acupuncture Society and has a private practice in Dusseldorf.
