Through guided meditation, lecture and discussion, this series will explore the Buddhist trainings of Ethics, Meditation and Wisdom as they correspond to the Yogic paths of Action, Devotion and Knowledge; as below:
Class 1: Recognizing Our Predicament: Suffering and How Karma Works
Class 2: Transforming Lifestyle: The Paths of Ethics and Action
Class 3: Transforming Attitude: The Paths of Meditation and Devotion
Class 4: Transforming Outlook: The Paths of Wisdom and Knowledge
Class 5: Achieving Our Highest Potential: the Bodhisattva and Jivamukti Ideals
