Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science is a non-profit community of researchers and professionals dedicated to integrating the contemplative sciences and healing arts of India and Tibet with the culture and lifestyle of the contemporary West.

We research and teach time-tested methods of stress-cessation, self-healing and lifestyle change, combining courses in meditation and yoga with individual counseling and mentoring to meet the challenges of living today.
